Study. Yeah, that’s right. Study. Read, review, and analyze class material so you know it. This takes time, effort and a quiet place. If you learn how to study now, you’ll be way ahead before you even start college.

- Ask for help if you’re having trouble. You may need to ask more than one person.
- Have a special area for studying where you won’t be distracted.
- Study in small “chunks” and take regular breaks.
try not to cram.
-have a regular study routine to make studying a habit.
- study with a friend or group and share information.

CHOOSE THE RIGHT!!

There are many ways to graduate from high school that is important to you. They are:

Ø    To pass all of your classes

Ø    Study hard

Ø    Work hard

Ø    Be smart

Ø    Do all your work

Ø    Pass the CAHSEE or the CST

Ø    Have good grades

Ø    Always CHOOSE THE RIGHT!!!

To graduate from high school I must earn all your credits by doing so I’ll have to do the following. To earn credits I will have to pass the CAHSEE or CST and also all the standardized test. Get at least an 80% on most tests and always past my classes by doing my homework and all my class work. Also, to graduate high school I will have to make it my top priority and focus just on high school. If I am distracted and not paying attention in class I won’t be able to do the work that is necessary in order for me 2 graduate. I’ll also have top believe in myself that I can do it. If I have doubt in myself then I won’t be concentrated on my work , but I’ll be an anxious wreck thinking that I won’t graduate.  If I believe I could graduate then I can achieve it .I must also stop using drugs .Using drugs slows your brain and with a slow brain you won’t be able to complete the necessary norms of being a high school graduate or a doctor or a lawyer .To graduate high school I will pay attention in every class and ignore those ignorant people who have no intention of succeeding in life. I f I have the will of succeeding in life than that will become reality and I will graduate high school. No matter the hardships and str

Listen and ask questions. Still afraid of looking stupid? Don’t worry about it. If you’ve got a question about something, chances are your classmates do too.

·     Review your notes and assignments before class.

·     Give your teacher your full attention and concentrate on what is being said.

·     Relate the topic to what you already know and listen for main ideas.

·     Make eye contact with your teacher and take notes.

·     Ask questions if you don’t understand, but try not to interrupt your teacher. Raise your hand or wait until your teacher pauses or asks for questions.

Bird where suspended because of an incident with alcohol. they were at a bar at 3 a.m. and got into a bit of a mess. the basket ball team was an elite college team, and teams like those are looking for responsible people and mature as well. If you can't be responsible and mature with alcohol then the coaches are pretty confident that , that person can not be responsible with an elite basketball membership. they choose the wrong and they got kicked off the varsity team. now that they are off the team they might not succeed in their dream of becoming famous basket ball players. choose the right and your dreams will be reality .

Some Experts say the difference between good students and poor students isn’t mainly ability. Instead, it’s how students organize themselves to use their abilities. A little organization themselves to use their abilities. A little organization can produce amazing results!

- have a homework agenda or scribbler to keep track of your assignment, and always carry it.
- ask the teacher for some outside help when the classroom explanation is not adequate for you.
- Use scribbler to put your notes in, and keep them organized.
- Have phone number for classmates, especially of one who will be your “homework buddy”. This is someone in your class who collects hands-outs and assignments for you when you are absent from school. You can borrow your buddy’s notes when you return to school, and you can do the same for this friend.
- ask questions when you are unsure of something
- pay attention in class as it is very easy to let your mind wander. Take notes, concentrate on what6 is being said; it will be easier to absorb the information being presented.
- Keep your bookshelf, desk, and kitbag neat.
- Be prepared for each class, bringing the materials you need to class (including pencil and paper).
